Seagate Technology launched new 32TB capacity hard drives across its SkyHawk AI, Exos, and IronWolf Pro product lines. The announcement occurred at the Intersec 2026 trade show in Dubai.
The drives are specifically designed to meet the growing storage demands of AI-driven video analytics. Built on conventional magnetic recording (CMR) technology, the products support workloads ranging from the network edge to the cloud.
The launch capitalizes on continued growth in mass-capacity storage demand. This demand is fueled by AI applications and ongoing data center expansion.
Seagate states the release aligns with its strong revenue growth and focus on solutions for hyperscale cloud environments and enterprise customers. Availability begins January 14 through global channel partners.
