Tesla entered the African market, opening its first location in Casablanca, Morocco. The company announced the launch and opened its online vehicle configurator to Moroccan customers.
An opening ceremony is scheduled for February 6. The event will showcase the Model 3 and Model Y. Both models will be available for purchase.
Morocco serves as Tesla's initial market on the continent. Six Supercharger locations support the launch. Tesla began installing this network in 2021.
Tesla established the local subsidiary, Tesla Morocco, in May 2025. This entity handles vehicle imports, sales, and servicing.
