The competition uncovered 37 previously unknown vulnerabilities. These flaws affected various in-vehicle infotainment systems and electric vehicle chargers from multiple manufacturers.

The successful exploit highlights potential security issues in Tesla's systems. Trend Micro's Zero Day Initiative disclosed the vulnerability details to Tesla. This disclosure allows the company to develop a patch before the information is made public.
