Take-Two Interactive shares faced downward pressure after hacking group CyberLeek released an unauthorized 24- to 27-minute gameplay video of Grand Theft Auto VI. The release follows previous leaks and comes just weeks before the game’s scheduled launch.

CyberLeek threatened to release a full build of the game, including its story mode, unless the publisher reverses its decision to skip a physical release. The threat poses a risk to what is expected to be a major launch for Take-Two.

Take-Two has reiterated that GTA VI is scheduled for release on November 19, 2026. The game is central to the company’s fiscal 2027 net bookings forecast of $8.0 billion to $8.2 billion.
