Unity Technologies disclosed that a data breach on its SpeedTree 3D vegetation modeling software website exposed the sensitive information of 428 users. An investigation revealed that malicious code was present on the website's checkout page between March 13 and August 26, 2025, designed to steal customer data such as names, addresses, email addresses, and payment card information. The company is in the process of notifying the affected individuals and is offering them complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services.
