United Airlines opened ticket sales for its first Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner featuring the new Elevated interior.

The aircraft introduces United Polaris Studio suites that are 25% larger than standard Polaris seats. This configuration gives United the highest percentage of premium seats among all U.S. carriers. The inaugural flight will travel from San Francisco to Singapore on April 22, 2026. United plans to have 30 of these specialized jets in service by the end of 2027.

TD Cowen analysts upgraded United Airlines stock to a strong-buy rating from hold. The stock experienced a mixed market reaction following the announcement. United's share movement diverged from airline peers, indicating a stock-specific response rather than a sector trend.
