United Airlines suspended all flights to Dubai International Airport (DXB) through April 19, 2026. The airline issued the suspension following a missile warning across the United Arab Emirates. The UAE Ministry of Defence confirmed its air defense systems are actively responding to incoming missiles and drones.
The UAE National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority issued the security alert on the morning of March 23, 2026. United implemented the flight cancellations as a precautionary measure in response to the alert.
United is offering travel waivers for passengers who purchased tickets on or before February 28. The waiver covers travel to Dubai originally scheduled between March 8 and April 19. The airline will waive all change fees and fare differences for these rescheduled bookings.
