The White House announced progress in cooperation with China regarding the supply of rare-earth elements. This potential agreement seeks to secure American access to key minerals including yttrium, scandium, and neodymium.

The deal may ease current restrictions on mining and processing technologies. Energy Fuels utilizes its White Mesa Mill to develop a domestic supply chain for these critical materials.

The company serves as a primary player in reducing U.S. dependence on the Chinese-dominated rare-earth market. Energy Fuels' stock rose 0.9% in pre-market trading on Monday.
