Visa established a new, dedicated leadership structure for the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar. These nations now form a distinct region within Visa’s Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) operations. The restructuring aims to accelerate innovation, enhance local partnerships, and provide customized solutions for clients and cardholders in these strategically important markets.
Visa appointed Fadi Moukaddem as Senior Vice President and Group Country Manager to lead the newly formed region. Moukaddem joined Visa in 2014. He will leverage his extensive experience with CEMEA financial institutions and regulators to drive company objectives.
