Virtuix Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VTIX) appointed Brett Moyer to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Moyer brings extensive experience in public company leadership, capital markets, and M&A. He previously served as the CEO of WiSA Technologies and the CFO of Datavault AI.
Founder and CEO Jan Goetgeluk stated that Moyer’s expertise will support the company as it scales its Omni One product. The appointment also aligns with Virtuix’s pursuit of new strategic growth opportunities.
Moyer’s professional background includes prior leadership roles at Zenith Electronics and service on multiple public company boards.
