Turkish manufacturer Arcelik will pay €71.5 million ($82 million) for the remaining stake in Beko Europe. This purchase covers Whirlpool's final 25% interest in the joint venture.

The deal finalizes Whirlpool's exit from the European major domestic appliance market. The companies originally combined their regional operations in April 2024.

Whirlpool is divesting the interest to prioritize higher-margin businesses in the Americas and India. Beko Europe will continue to use Whirlpool brands under an existing licensing agreement.
