BJ's Wholesale Club (NYSE: BJ) surpassed Wall Street expectations for the second quarter of fiscal 2026. The company reported adjusted earnings of $1.36 per share on $6.23 billion in revenue. Analysts had projected earnings of $1.16 per share and revenue of $5.88 billion.
Total revenue increased 15.7% year-over-year, supported by gasoline sales and membership growth. Membership fee income rose 9.9% to reach $135.6 million. Comparable club sales, excluding gasoline, grew by 3.1%. Digitally enabled sales recorded a 30% increase during the period.
The company raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance to a range of $4.60 to $4.80 per share. Shares of BJ's Wholesale Club rose in pre-market trading following the announcement.
