The Home Depot subsidiary SRS Distribution has agreed to acquire Mingledorff's, Inc., a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies. This acquisition adds a new vertical to the company’s specialty trade distribution capabilities.
Mingledorff's operates 42 locations. These sites span five states across the southeastern U.S. This expansion targets a larger share of the professional contractor market.
The HVAC distribution industry represents an estimated $100 billion total addressable market. This transaction increases the company's overall total addressable market to $1.2 trillion.
The company expects the deal to close in the second quarter of fiscal 2026. It did not disclose financial terms, but will fund the purchase with cash on hand and debt.
