Home Depot acquires Mingledorff's, entering $100 billion HVAC market

SRS Distribution Inc., a subsidiary of The Home Depot, has agreed to acquire HVAC distributor Mingledorff’s, Inc.

This acquisition marks Home Depot’s entry into the HVAC distribution sector, a market valued at $100 billion. The deal adds 42 wholesale locations across the southeastern United States to SRS’s portfolio.

Home Depot expects the move to increase its total addressable market to $1.2 trillion. The transaction is scheduled to close in the second quarter of fiscal 2026.
