The Home Depot signed a definitive agreement to acquire Mingledorff's, Inc., a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition adds a new vertical to Home Depot’s SRS Distribution subsidiary to target professional contractors. This move supports a strategy to capture a total addressable market estimated at $1.2 trillion.
Mingledorff's operates 42 locations. These sites span five southeastern states and will complement SRS’s existing distribution networks for roofing, landscaping, and pool supplies.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of fiscal 2026. Home Depot will fund the acquisition using cash on hand and debt.
