McDonald's will launch its new McValue menu on April 21. The simplified national menu features 10 core items. All featured items are priced under $3. Selection includes the Sausage McMuffin, McDouble, and 4-piece Chicken McNuggets.
This overhaul replaces a complex value system to improve affordability based on consumer feedback. Franchisees will retain control over final pricing at U.S. locations. Chief Marketing Officer Alyssa Buetikofer stated that value is increasingly important to customers. The shift follows similar budget-focused launches from Taco Bell and Panera Bread.
