Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG) reported adjusted earnings of $2.19 per share for the second quarter of fiscal 2027. This result exceeded the analyst consensus estimate of $1.72 per share. The company beat earnings expectations by $0.47 per share. Quarterly revenue reached $1.5 billion, slightly missing the $1.53 billion forecast. Same-store sales increased by 2.2% during the period.

The company raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance by more than 10%. Signet now expects annual earnings between $10.45 and $12.15 per share. Management attributed the improved outlook to solid year-to-date results, ongoing share repurchases, and tariff refunds. The company also entered into a $125 million accelerated share repurchase agreement to return capital to shareholders.
