Stellantis N.V. and Dongfeng Motor Group signed a new strategic cooperation agreement to expand their 34-year partnership. The companies will invest over 8 billion yuan to manufacture new energy vehicles (NEVs). This investment is valued at approximately 1 billion euros.

Production will take place at the Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile (DPCA) facility in Wuhan. The joint venture will launch two Peugeot-branded NEVs in 2027.

The agreement includes the production of two new energy off-road models for the Jeep brand. Stellantis will utilize the facility as a global export hub for its electrified models. This partnership leverages the research and development capabilities of both automakers to scale production.
