ExxonMobil contracted Norwegian vessel owner DOF Group to provide turnkey services for the mooring system of the Hammerhead FPSO facility. The facility is located in the deep waters of Guyana's Stabroek block. This contract advances development in one of Exxon's key growth areas.
The scope includes project management, engineering, and installation services. DOF will utilize the Skandi Implementer and Skandi Skansen vessels. Installation of the mooring line and pile will occur during the second and third quarters of 2027. The Hammerhead FPSO is scheduled to begin production in 2027.
