YPF Energía Eléctrica S.A. filed for an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange on July 13. The company, known as YPF Luz, plans to list American Depositary Shares under the ticker YLUZ.

Stakeholder BNR Power Investments is selling shares in this secondary offering. YPF Luz will not receive any proceeds from the sale. The move follows a trend of Argentinian companies entering U.S. capital markets due to improving sentiment toward market-oriented reforms.
