Engage assists sales teams by creating structured, multi-channel sales sequences across email and phone. Forecast converts deal-level signals into live, detailed forecasts. Zoom also announced the general availability of Common Room by Zoom. This buyer intelligence tool was acquired in July 2026. Customers can purchase it with the new ZRA Elite tier or as a standalone product. This move deepens Zoom's investment in enterprise sales and AI-driven workflow automation.
