The 11-inch model maintains a starting price of $599. The 13-inch version starts at $799.

The M4 chip delivers up to 30% faster performance compared to the previous M3-powered model. A faster Neural Engine enhances artificial intelligence capabilities within iPadOS. Unified memory increased by 50% over the previous generation. Total unified memory now reaches 12GB to support AI-driven tasks.

The new models feature upgraded connectivity with support for Wi-Fi 7. Pre-orders begin on March 4. Retail availability starts on March 11.
