Amazon launched new one-hour and three-hour delivery options across the United States. The three-hour service is available in more than 2,000 cities and towns. One-hour delivery covers hundreds of locations, including major hubs like Los Angeles and Chicago.

The service includes over 90,000 products such as medications, electronics, and clothing. This move directly challenges rapid delivery investments by competitors Walmart and Target.

Amazon Prime members pay $9.99 for one-hour delivery and $4.99 for three-hour delivery. The company leverages existing same-day facilities and predictive AI for inventory placement to enable these speeds.
