Amazon.com, Inc. is issuing its first Swiss franc-denominated bonds to fund artificial intelligence investments.
The company appointed BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, and JPMorgan to manage the six-part sale. Maturities for the new debt range from three to 25 years.
The issuance follows Amazon’s record euro bond debut in March. It reflects a broader trend of technology firms, such as Google parent Alphabet, tapping European markets to finance AI infrastructure.
