Amazon.com launched Amazon Supply Chain Services to provide logistics to all businesses. The move opens Amazon's internal infrastructure to companies regardless of whether they sell on the platform.

The end-to-end solution manages goods from raw materials to finished products. It integrates freight, distribution, fulfillment, and parcel shipping capabilities.

Shares of FedEx and UPS declined in premarket trading following the announcement. Early adopters include Procter & Gamble, 3M, and American Eagle Outfitters.

The expansion mirrors the launch of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Both initiatives commercialize Amazon's internal operations for external customers.
