Amazon.com Inc. is extending its Prime delivery services to merchants' direct-to-consumer websites through the Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) program.

Businesses storing inventory in Amazon warehouses can now offer fast, free Prime delivery directly on their branded sites. Amazon is offering fulfillment fee discounts of 15% to 25% to encourage adoption. These promotional rates will apply for a six-month period.

The initiative monetizes Amazon's logistics infrastructure to compete directly with standalone parcel carriers like FedEx and UPS. The company is also making substantial investments in AI and data centers to support its logistics and cloud services.
