Anthropic launched the Claude Marketplace to provide enterprise customers with third-party AI software and applications. This platform aims to build an ecosystem around Claude models and increase competitiveness against rivals like OpenAI.
The marketplace utilizes a model inspired by Amazon’s cloud business. Enterprise customers can apply a portion of their committed annual spending on Anthropic services toward tools from third-party vendors.
Anthropic will not collect a commission on these third-party sales. Initial launch partners include Snowflake, Harvey, Replit, and GitLab.
