Aptiv PLC expanded its collaboration with NVIDIA to accelerate the adoption of production-ready edge AI. The partnership evolves NVIDIA’s Jetson platforms, including the next-generation Jetson Thor, into commercially supported systems for the automotive, robotics, and industrial automation sectors.
Aptiv will provide long-term software lifecycle support to transition customers from development to full-scale production. This support includes a production-grade Linux environment and continuous security patching.
The platforms will also comply with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). This initiative aims to remove critical barriers to the mass deployment of edge AI technology.
