Boeing secured a tentative collective bargaining agreement with the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA). The deal covers approximately 1,600 white-collar workers at the recently acquired Spirit AeroSystems facilities in Wichita.

The proposed 58-month contract features significant financial incentives, including improved medical and dental benefits. Employees will receive a $6,000 ratification bonus. The agreement also mandates a 20% increase to wage pools over the contract duration.

SPEEA’s negotiation team unanimously recommended that members approve the contract. Union members must vote on the offer by January 30. The current six-year contract expires on January 31, 2026.
