Skyborn Renewables signed a 600 MW power purchase agreement (PPA) with Amazon.

The agreement enables BlackRock-backed Skyborn to advance construction of the Baltic Sea project.
The Gennaker facility will be the largest wind farm in the German Baltic Sea.
It will provide carbon-free electricity to over one million German households annually.
The project supports Germany's target of 30 GW offshore wind capacity by 2030.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2026.
The wind farm is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2028.
