ANZ Banking Group deployed Salesforce's Agentforce AI platform within its new CRM system. The bank is the first in the Asia-Pacific region to deploy the technology at scale.

The implementation targets business bankers and frontline teams. Agentforce automates complex tasks, manages data-driven leads, and visualizes customer insights. The integration consolidates data from 20 legacy platforms into a single dashboard.

Agentforce is expected to save bankers the equivalent of about one working month per year. The platform features real-time account summaries and an intuitive chat interface for accessing customer data. This deployment supports ANZ's larger investment in its digital roadmap and customer-first strategy.
