Salesforce has overhauled its Consulting Partner Program to accelerate the adoption of AI-driven and outcome-based solutions. The company simplified its structure by collapsing the previous four-tier system into two levels: Summit and Select.
This restructuring consolidates 170 partner distinctions into 28 core competencies mapped to specific product and industry expertise. Salesforce will double its Partner Fund for fiscal year 2027 to support this transition.
The company is also increasing payout caps for leads sourced by partners. These incentives aim to equip the ecosystem to deliver AI-powered platforms such as Agentforce and Data 360.
This programmatic shift prioritizes measurable business outcomes for customers within the generative AI market.
