CoreWeave shares remained under pressure on Friday after a broad sell-off in AI stocks the previous day. The sell-off followed a report that OpenAI’s annualized revenue was considerably below market expectations, raising concerns about growth across AI-related companies. CoreWeave shares fell nearly 8% on Thursday.

On Friday, Northland Securities lowered its estimate for CoreWeave’s Q3 2026 earnings per share. The company’s high debt-to-equity ratio also remains a concern for investors.

Separately, CoreWeave is reportedly discussing a potential expansion into South Korea with several data center operators there.
