Chevron Mediterranean awarded Hanwha Ocean a contract to fabricate modules for the Leviathan Expansion Project offshore Israel. This project increases production at the existing Mediterranean platform.
The expansion targets an annual gas delivery capacity of approximately 21 billion cubic meters.
Chevron operates the Leviathan field with a 39.66% stake. NewMed Energy and Ratio Energies serve as consortium partners.
