Delta Air Lines has announced a significant expansion of its international network with the introduction of a new nonstop service from its hub in Atlanta (ATL) to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (RUH). This marks the airline's first-ever nonstop flight to the Saudi Arabian capital, signaling a strategic move to connect customers to a dynamic and rapidly growing economic region. The new service is scheduled to commence in the winter of 2026 and will operate three times a week using an Airbus A350-900 aircraft. The announcement is aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to boost tourism and business. The new route is expected to open new opportunities for tourism, cultural exchange, and business between the United States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
