Delta hikes fees and cuts capacity, pressured by rising fuel costs

Airlines are raising fares and revising financial outlooks to offset surging jet fuel prices.

Delta Air Lines is increasing fees for first and second checked bags by $10. The carrier is also raising the fee for a third checked bag by $50.
