Discovery Metals plans to expand its Canadian gold operations. Its current annual production baseline is 260,000–300,000 ounces. The company aims to raise production to more than 750,000 ounces a year and has outlined a potential path to exceed 1 million ounces annually within five years.

The expansion will focus on the company’s brownfield assets in the Porcupine camp in Timmins, Ontario. Discovery Metals plans to use existing infrastructure to control costs. Development of large open-pit mines is expected to drive growth, with the Pamour and Dome Century projects identified as key contributors.

The Canadian gold strategy is separate from the company’s long-term Cordero silver project in Mexico.
