Siemens AG reduced its holdings in Fluence Energy by 50.3% during the fourth quarter. The industrial giant sold 20 million shares, leaving it with 19.7 million shares and a 10.73% ownership stake. This divestment follows recent share sales by the Qatar Investment Authority and a company director.

Fluence remains a primary provider of battery storage for AI data centers. S&P Global projects a 48% revenue rebound for the company in 2026.

The company recently reported an adjusted quarterly loss of $0.16 per share, which beat analyst expectations. Quarterly revenue reached $464.9 million, marking a 7.7% year-over-year increase. However, the revenue figure fell short of market estimates.
