SAIC-GM, General Motors' joint venture in China, reported full-year 2025 retail sales of 562,185 units. The company closed the year strongly, achieving its highest monthly retail sales in December 2025 with 53,454 units.
New Energy Vehicle (NEV) sales also peaked in December, reaching 11,307 units. SAIC-GM’s full-year NEV sales totaled 88,833 vehicles.
This volume and market penetration rate ranked the company first among joint-venture brands in China. Furthermore, SAIC-GM has maintained profitability for five consecutive quarters.
