The collaboration integrates Airtel’s network intelligence with Google’s RCS platform to combat rising spam and digital fraud. This service is available through the Google Messages app on most Android devices.
The joint solution implements telecom-grade safeguards to enhance user protection. Real-time checks include telco-backed sender identity verification and enforcement of Do Not Disturb (DND) preferences. The system also filters malicious links and blocks senders flagged by joint AI-powered spam filters.
