Google is expanding its enhanced Local Services Ads (LSAs) for home listings to all 50 U.S. states. This follows a limited pilot program. Real estate agents can now advertise properties directly on Google Search, showcasing pricing, photos, and home features.
The ads connect homebuyers with local real estate agents early in their search process. Potential buyers can call, message, or book appointments directly from the advertisement. A partnership with real estate data platform HouseCanary powers the property data displayed in the listings.
This nationwide rollout marks Google's deeper push into the real estate advertising market. This market features significant competition. Existing agents using LSAs will automatically transition to the new format. New agents can sign up directly to generate leads through the platform.
