At Web Summit Qatar, ElevenLabs CEO Mati Staniszewski declared that voice is poised to become the next primary interface for artificial intelligence, shifting user interaction from typed prompts to natural, spoken language. He argued that technology, from smart speakers to other devices, will increasingly feature human-like voice interactions.

Staniszewski detailed his company's evolution from a text-to-speech provider to a builder of sophisticated AI voice agents capable of understanding context and emotion. To illustrate this, he highlighted recent enterprise partnerships, including providing voice-based customer support for Revolut and collaborating on AI initiatives with Deutsche Telekom.
