Alphabet's Google recorded growth in both web and mobile traffic during June, according to BofA Securities.
Global web visits to Google.com rose 4% year-over-year to 2.8 billion, based on Similarweb data. Mobile daily average users increased 12% year-over-year, according to Sensor Tower.
BofA Securities noted the growth occurred despite rapid user gains for AI chatbot rivals. The findings suggest that AI tools have not yet eroded Google's core search dominance.
Alphabet will release its second-quarter earnings report on July 22.
