Google Cloud expanded its agreement with Thinking Machines Lab (TML), the AI startup founded by former OpenAI CTO Mira Murati.
TML secured access to Google's AI Hypercomputer platform. This infrastructure utilizes Nvidia's latest GB300 NVL72 systems.
The startup is one of the first Google Cloud customers to use this hardware for frontier model training. Early tests reported a twofold increase in training and serving speeds compared to previous generation GPUs.
The partnership aims to accelerate TML's research and platform development. This collaboration addresses the rising demand for specialized infrastructure to support complex AI models.
