S&P Global will unify its proprietary data on Google’s BigQuery platform, making the information AI-ready. The firm will also expand its use of Google’s Gemini Enterprise to develop agentic AI offerings.
Internally, the partnership aims to accelerate workflow automation and boost productivity at S&P Global. Externally, the firm seeks to deliver faster, citation-backed insights to its customer base by leveraging Google’s advanced AI and data analytics technologies.
The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
