Manuel Kroiss has reportedly left Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence startup xAI. Kroiss marks the 10th departure from the original founding group.
The original team consisted of 11 engineers at the 2023 launch. Ross Nordeen remains the only original co-founder alongside Musk.
SpaceX acquired the venture earlier this year. Musk stated the company requires a total rebuild because it was not built right initially. The startup currently competes with established players OpenAI and Google.
