Grab partners with Philippine EV firms, cutting driver costs by 45%

Grab Holdings Ltd. partnered with Philippine electric vehicle charging operators ACMobility and EVOxCharge. The collaboration provides driver-partners with discounts of up to 45% on charging fees. This initiative aims to reduce operational expenses and encourage EV adoption among taxi and ride-sharing drivers.

Drivers now have access to a network of over 600 charging points across the country. The move supports Grab’s EcoDrive program, which promotes green fleets by addressing high financing costs and infrastructure scarcity. These measures aim to make electric vehicle transitions more viable for platform partners.
