HIVE Digital Technologies announced a five-year GPU cloud services agreement on August 17, 2026. Its subsidiary, BUZZ High Performance Computing Inc., signed the contract with an investment-grade enterprise customer.
The deal is valued at approximately $350 million. This agreement is expected to add $70 million in annualized revenue.
BUZZ HPC will provide a dedicated AI infrastructure cluster featuring 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs. The deployment will be operational in the fourth quarter of 2026. The facility is located in British Columbia and utilizes renewable hydroelectric energy.
The contract brings HIVE closer to its $200 million year-end target for annualized recurring GPU revenue. This deal is expected to generate significant recurring cash flow.
