Digital-mining growth drove the results. The company mined 1,004 BTC during the quarter. This is an increase from 406 BTC produced in the same period last year.
HIVE reported a net loss of $142.9 million. Diluted loss per share totaled $0.54. This reverses the $35.0 million net income reported in the first quarter of fiscal 2026.
Provisions and derivative remeasurements caused the significant loss.
