Intel Corporation launched its business-focused Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors. These chips utilize the company's advanced 18A process technology to demonstrate manufacturing viability for external foundry customers.
Intel also notified customers of price increases across its CPU product lines. Prices have risen by an average of 10% to 15% since the start of the year. Management attributed the increases to worsening supply constraints and lengthening delivery lead times.
Intel stock climbed more than 5% after the market opened on March 25, 2026. Investors reacted to the strategic manufacturing milestone and the potential for increased revenue from higher pricing.
